How to Look Younger

For the most part we all desire to look and feel great, but as life hands out our daily dose of stress we all fall victim to neglecting ourselves.  Choose your thoughts carefully for they will create your future be it negative or positive.  Here are some of my tips for looking and feeling younger at any age, now remember I am sharing 25 years of my personal knowledge and lessons that has been a gift from 'behind the chair' as a stylist and I have learned a wealth of information.

 Here are my top ten tips:

  1. Get plenty of shut eye.
  2. Drink plenty of water.
  3. Laugh at least twice a day (preferably a belly laugh!)
  4. Smile at someone.
  5. Share a loving thought with someone.
  6. Tell yourself  -"I Love You" at least once a day.
  7. Say "No", when necessary (listen to your gut)
  8. Always do your hair and make-up, no excuses.
  9. Keep current with your hair color and cuts, no roots and hair clips!
  10. Be kind to yourself, you deserve it!
Of course I feel that interior stress and unresolved emotions will reflect on your face and skin, when we are calm, relaxed and particularly full of pure JOY, we look great!
