Here are my top ten tips:
- Get plenty of shut eye.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Laugh at least twice a day (preferably a belly laugh!)
- Smile at someone.
- Share a loving thought with someone.
- Tell yourself -"I Love You" at least once a day.
- Say "No", when necessary (listen to your gut)
- Always do your hair and make-up, no excuses.
- Keep current with your hair color and cuts, no roots and hair clips!
- Be kind to yourself, you deserve it!
Of course I feel that interior stress and unresolved emotions will reflect on your face and skin, when we are calm, relaxed and particularly full of pure JOY, we look great!
